Elise is an Optometrist and independent practice owner based in Port Lincoln, South Australia.  Elise graduated from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 1992 and over her career has practiced in South Australia and Queensland in rural and metro settings. She is the co-owner of a group of private practices on the Eyre Peninsula (Port Lincoln, Whyalla and Ceduna).  

 

For Elise, practicing in a rural location has resulted in expertise and a wealth of experience across the full scope of optometry – she has particular interests in eye disease and ocular therapeutics, contact lenses, children’s vision and rural and community eye care.  She is a CASA credentialled optometrist.

 

Elise is has served on the boards of Optometry South Australia and Optometry Victoria/South Australia for many years.  She is the current president of OVSA and a former president of OSA.
